You do not have a FedEx.Com User ID/Password

 

1. Go to http://www.fedex.com/us/oadr/
2. - Select “ Take an Existing Account Online”
3. Fill out the online form ( You must know your TWC/ Charter/ BHN FedEx account number).
4. Select “ Use my account online”.
