Dear Valued Ingram Micro Vendor or Carrier Partner,
We recently updated our North American Routing Guide. Effective
3/28/2022, this update to our routing guide includes updated
expansion for several key areas impacting shipping both inbound to
Ingram Micro facilities and direct shipments to customers.
Key updates are below as follows:
LTL Routing Matrix - There
have been changes made to the matrix including adding and
removing carriers, please ensure that you have the most up to
date version to avoid any potential chargebacks.
Carrier Contacts –
We have updated all carrier contacts for both Parcel, LTL, White
Glove, HWA and Truckload carriers
We have added two templates that must be filled out for all new
SKU’s that are considered Hazmat
IM Canada –
There have been several changes to Canada shipping tab including
the below key items
Direct Shipment Routing
LTL Shipments from US to
Failure to comply with the provisions contained in our guide is
considered a breach of our agreement and will result in
non-compliance charges being assessed as outlined at Non-Compliance
All vendors will have 30 days from 3/28/2022 to be compliant before
chargebacks will be assessed.
