As we begin our growth, it is imperative that we focus on operational efficiencies in our shipping process.  For our new vendor partners, this will be our first experience working together.  For our current vendor partners, it will be a new logistics model to learn together.  Either way, the goal should be to execute on the tactics required to move your product to our manufacturing locations as efficiently and timely as possible. This is critical to our strategy of delivering quality products with flexibility, speed and consistency, especially when customs is involved.
